In fact any of the following materials can be engraved:
Stainless steel, Aluminum, Plastic, Titanium, Rubber, Chrome, Brass, Copper, Synthetic Leathers
The material determines a lot of what it will look like. For the best results, bring a test piece that is the same material you want engraved
Dark plastics engrave lighter, light plastics engrave darker.
Wood depends on the grain.
Medal has the most options: You can get a deeper and darker engraving, but it takes longer.
Stainless Steel - This can be annealed (color changes from temperature), engraved shallow, engraved deep, there are many possibilities

Pricing
Medal Engraving: $5 dollars for 1 and $2 dollars for each additional medal.
